Charitable Purpose

The purpose of the Trust shall be to advance education, including the promoting and supporrting of the development of capabilities, competencies, skills and understanding of students in New Zealand (including the raising of moneys and expending the same for the advancement of education at Karamu High School) provided always that the Trust Fund shall be applied exclusively for charitable purposes within New Zealand.
