Purpose & Structure

Charitable Purpose

The Trust has two key roles. One is to lobby on behalf of the residents of the north east, providing a consistent voice on key issues. The second is to focus on developing community connectedness.

Entity Structure

The Trust Board will consist of not less than five or more than twelve members, elected at the Annual General Meeting. The Board will include a Chair, Secretary, Treasurer and other elected trustees.
