Purpose & Structure

Charitable Purpose

The sole purpose of Vanni Neyam is to support the war victims in the Vanni region of Sri Lanka. The people of Vanni were among the most severely affected by the civil war. Many children have lost one or both parents and now depend on the assistance of a few charitable organizations. Some families have lost their primary breadwinners, while others are struggling because members are no longer able to work due to war-related disabilities. Overall, the people of Vanni are in great need of support for their survival and well-being.
