Charitable Purpose

Umuariki Marae is a living home for Te Whānau a Umuariki — a place where our people gather, learn, and stand strong in our identity. We protect and uphold our tikanga, care for our marae and whenua, and create opportunities for whānau to connect, grow, and thrive across generations. Through wānanga, cultural practice, community support, and kaitiakitanga, we ensure our marae remains a vibrant centre of wellbeing, belonging, and mana for all.
