- support, connect, and build the capacity and sustainability of artists and arts organisations within the Franklin area;
- provide leadership, co-ordination, promotion and administrative support for arts initiatives, programmes, events and festivals;
- increased community access to, participation in and appreciation of the arts across the Franklin area; and
- collaborate and partner with local authorities, mana whenua, community organisations, educational institutions, and other stakeholders to achieve these purposes.
