Charitable Purpose

Our mission is to reduce deaths from Gynaecological Cancers. We do this by raising awareness and education on the signs and symptoms of all 5 Gynaecological cancers with the aim of reducing late diagnosis and increasing the survival rates of New Zealand women.

Entity Structure

The Foundation is currently operating out of Auckland with work completed nationwide. The current Trust Deed states that there must be between two and seven trustees. The Trust currently has three trustees that constitute the governance board. The existing trustees have the power to appoint further Trustees from members of the public who have an interest in the Foundation's charitable purpose.
