Entity Structure
The Church is governed by a Session consisting of office bearers who may be ministers, elders and deacons. These office bearers also make up the governing Board of Trustees. The office bearers are elected by the church's members in accordance with the Church Order of the Reformed Churches of New Zealand. The session is assisted by a Board of Management who care for the church property, other assets and financial affairs. Appointment to the BoM is by the session.
