Charitable Purpose

Manage and administer the Trust Property so as to promote, safeguard the interests of Ngai Tamanuhiri Whanui in accordance with the kawa, tikanga, values and tino rangatiratanga of Ngai Tamanuhiri Whanui. To Represent the collective interests of Ngai Tamanuhiri Whanui and operate as the legal representative of the Ngai Tamanuhiri Whanui in relation to that collective interest.
