Charitable Purpose
The Hastings Christadelphian Ecclesia seeks to provide services for the care and wellbeing of the Christadelphian community within the Hawke's Bay Region. The entities activities therefore include the provision of financial and non-financial aid to its members, and also extends to the provision of outreach and preaching activities within New Zealand and the surrounding pacific islands. In addition to this, the Hastings Ecclesia offers regular financial support to the central missionary body within Australasia, itself a charitable entity.

Entity Structure
The Ecclesia is administered by not more than seven trustees having a term of three years. The trustees are voted on every three years by the full congregation, along with a number of other key roles. The trustees arrange regular meetings to discuss matters of governance, policy and the future direction of the Eccelsia and its activities. The Trustees appoint a number of other committees and serving roles to assist with administration and functioning of the Ecclesia during the year.
