Charitable Purpose

Within the confines of our immediate environment, Ocean Bay, we have set out to do our best to protect the things that we believe are important to ensure sustainable and appropriate ongoing use of the area. In doing so we recognise that the Bay has a long history of Maori and European settlement, holds significant cultural heritage value and the general environment of the Bay is one of rural coastal land, with virgin and re-generating native bush and a scattering of holiday homes.
