Purpose & Structure

Charitable Purpose

To promote the Onetangi Beach Races and associated other events on Waiheke Island and to distribute surplus funds for the benefit of the local community.

Entity Structure

The structure shall have three officers, a chairman, secretary and treasurer. A committee shall consist of the three officers above and three or more members elected at an AGM from club members.
