The Invercargill Environment , Te Whenua Awhi is place where the people of Invercargill and the surroubnding area, can be encouraged and supported to honour our responsibility to and relationship with the earth.

Entity Structure

We are a small group with six Trustees,including a Convenor, Secretary and Treasurer. We employee an Administrator who works 6 hours a week and a Support Administrator who works 4 hours a week Our Administrator runs the Community Garden as well as putting out our monthly newsletter. We have a Bike Doctor who repairs bikes for a donation.
