Charitable Purpose

To provide funds to enable individuals or groups, whose principal place of residence is within the boundary of the Federated Farmers provinces of Manawatu/Rangitikei and Wanganui, to pursue agricultural related studies or group learning initiatives.

Entity Structure

The Trust is managed by its Board of Trustees. The Board includes the 4 Trustees and a Chairperson, who is elected by the Trustees. The Trustees are appointed by the Nominators. The Nominators are the Manawatu/Rangitikei/Wanganui AgITO regional committee, who appoint 2 of the Trustees, and the Manawatu/Rangitikei and Wanganui Provinces of Federated Farmers who also appoint 2 trustees.
