Charitable Purpose
The purposes and objects for which the Trust is established are to provide, or assist in the provision of, facilities for physical education and recreation of young persons in the Poverty Bay, East Coast and Wairoa regions with the intention that the facilities are to be available generally from those regions.

Entity Structure
In accordance with the Constitution governance is in the hands of a Trust Board comprising equal number of members appointed by the inaugural participating Clubs - namely the Gisborne Gymnastics Club Inc. and the Gisborne Trampoline Club Inc. Board members work in a voluntary capacity, meet regularly throughout the year and are in constant contact by email to resolve any issues that might arise in the interim period between Board meetings.
