Purpose & Structure

Charitable Purpose

Main Objects of the Society are. Operate the MDAC in the fielding township and be responsible for sourcing and governing the management and funding of this centre. Maintain a dialogue within the communities Art Groups. Establish, provide and pass on information regarding funding available. Support mutual recognition and encourage healthy relationships between local Art groups. Maintain files and update information on membership, contacts & AGM minutes of local Art groups. Receive funds for the promotion of Manawatu District Arts & Artists within or out side the district.
