Purpose & Structure

Charitable Purpose

The folk and decorative artists provide free handcrafted Memory Boxes through the new born unit at Waikato Hospital to families to identify and acknowledge the tragedy that a death of a baby (23 weeks to a full term baby) has on a bereaved family.

Entity Structure

Memory Box Project have its affairs and activities controlled and managed by a committee of no less than three people. The following positions being undertaken: 1. Liaison person with Waikato Hospital 2. Treasurer 3. Secretary The committee meet four times a year.
