Purpose & Structure

Charitable Purpose

ONesimus Trust is a Trust set up by the Whanganui Central Baptist Church. Its primary purpose is to provide a support mechanism for activities within our community that,while not directly associated with the churches spiritual focus, are considered to be of benefit to the wider Whanganui community. The Trust is a not for profit organisation governed by a board made up of church members

Entity Structure

The trust currently has one structure under its Trusteeship That is HIPPY Whanganui.HIPPY presents a programme of support for parents of pre school children within the home. HIPPY follows all aspects of this very worthwhile programme within the requirements of The Great Potentials Foundation .The HIPPY management commitee delivers the programme. HIPPY Whanganui is closed being unable to no longer function. As a result Onesimus is closing down as well and is in the process of doing so.
