The Constitution of the Kapiti Toy Library Incorporated 1. Name
The name of the society will be “Kapiti Toy Library Incorporated” called “the Library” throughout the remainder of this constitution.
2. Principles
People living in the designated area of Kapiti having access to a high quality toy library.
3. Objectives
To operate a Toy Library service, which is planned and operated to support families in meeting the needs of children up to eight years old. Specifically to:
3.1 Bring good quality, well designed and appropriate toys and equipment with the reach of families to help them help their children reach their full potential.
3.2 Provide an environment, which is welcoming, encouraging, supportive, safe and caring for children and their families/whanau.
3.3 Provide a well balanced service for children, which responds to their physical, social, emotional and intellectual development, and respect the cultures of all families/whanau.
