Entity Structure

The Board shall hold an annual general meeting of the Trust every calendar year. At the Annual General Meeting the Board shall decide on significant matters of business of the Trust, including but not limited to matters of finance and expenditure, investment, resignation or retirement of Trustees, governance, and management, and the appointment of a Chairperson from among their number for ensuing year ("the Chairperson).

Annual Returns are due within 6 months of a charity’s balance date (financial year-end), or a longer period if an extension has been granted.
