Purpose & Structure

Charitable Purpose

To pay or apply on the date of distribution in each year the whole of the net available annual income for the preceding year to that date as an annual donation by way of Christmas gift equally between all licenced Anglican clergy (including the Bishop of the Diocese) at the date of distribution engaged in full time employment of the Diocese of Auckland in the area of the Diocese as that year exists in the year 1977.
