Purpose & Structure

Charitable Purpose

To provide a specialist youth alcohol and other drugs (AOD) and co-existing problems (CEP) support service aiming to improve the health and quality of life of young people between the ages of 11 - 19 who present in relation to alcohol, drug and Co-Existing problem (CEP). "Working together with youth in a positive direction"

Entity Structure

Trust Structure: Our constitution states we must have between three and six trustees, including three executive officer positions: Chairman, Treasurer and Secretary. Operational Structure: Our operations are managed by a chief executive officer, eight alcohol and drug clinicians, a nurse and three administration staff as well as three part time staff: All of the operational positions are paid by Rubicon. In addition services are provided by a Psychologist, two Mental Health/Alcohol & Drug clinic
