Charitable Purpose

To foster support in any manner whatsoever that the Society thinks is appropriate to the Akaroa Health Centre which enhances the wellbeing of the Health Centre itself, including but not limited to its facilities, its patients and its staff. To provide such support at the quest of the Company, its shareholders, or this General Manager. This support shall include financial support by way of donations or grants, the purchase of equipment or supplies or any other support as may be sought or requested. To provide such support if necessary in collaboration with Akaroa Health Ltd, its shareholders, its GM, The Local Iwi, the Territorial Local Authority or any other delegations of the above. To do all such matters that are incidental or relative to the above in achieving these objectives.
