Purpose & Structure

Charitable Purpose

The Settlors have recognised the need for establishing a charitable trust with the aim of promoting through education and practical initiatives higher standards of driver skills within New Zealand. The purposes of the Trust are to establish an organisation in New Zealand for educational activities that are directed at achieving an improvement in road safety, with a particular focus on school age drivers.

Entity Structure

Trustees are incorporated as a Trust Board. The number of Trustees must be not less than two nor more than eight.
