Mission: We connect, support and strengthen youth workers and agencies to enhance outcomes for our region's young people Vision: The youth sector is professional, connected, vibrant, and equipped to support youth on their journey to a positive future. Strategic Aims: 1.To engage organisations and those working with young people to foster a collaborative pathway for youth development. 2. To operate an innovative, vibrant, sustainable and resourceful organisation that honours Te Tiriti O Waitangi and our diverse community 3. To provide support, professional development and advocacy for and within the youth sector. 4. To be an easily accessible, well recognized and understood organisation with a wide community profile.
