Charitable Purpose

To maintain a Refuge where temporary accommodation and support can be provided for women and their children facing family violence. To empower women by providing options and alternatives through the provision of information. To provide a greater understanding of the impact of family and sexual violence within society and to work towards the prevention of family and sexual violence. To promote and support changes in the law intended to benefit women and children. To co-operate with other agencies working to eliminate family and sexual violence with similar principles.
