Charitable Purpose

The Supported Employment Agency (S E A) will advocate and promote a fundamental right of people with disabilities to equal participation in employment. Supported Employment Agency (S E A) is committed to supporting any Person with a Disability into paid employment of their choice, providing a professional service to both employee and employer. Supported Employment Agency (SEA) Services: # Vocational Assessment and Career Planning # Job Preparation # Job Placement # Job Coaching # Post Placement Support # Career Development # Job Retention # Advice with funding possibilities # Information on employment and disability related issues SEA incorporates the employer's needs into the dynamics of meeting the employment goals of the client. # The Transition service involves a brokerage role to support a student explore and access a range of services and options to meet their individual needs. A Transition Plan is developed in conjunction with the student that reflects

Entity Structure

TRUST Structure: Our Trust Deed states that we must have between three and twelve Trustees. We currently have three Trustees that constitute our Trust Board, including three executive officer positions: chairman, treasurer and secretary. Operational Structure: SEA employs a CEO, who employs Employment Coordinators. The Base office of SEA is in Rotorua with offices in Tauranga, Taupo and Whakatane
