Purpose & Structure

Charitable Purpose

1. Rehearse and perform upper voice choral music as an equal voice female choir. 2. Develop vocal technique & performance skills to enable music to be performed confidently & with a consistently high standard of musicianship. 3. Foster appreciation & enjoyment of choral music both within the choir & the wider community. 4. Facilitate the outreach of choral music by taking our performances to diverse & smaller communities. 5. Support NZ composers by performing their works and also commissioning new works. 6. Encourage talented young musicians by providing them with opportunities to sing with us, accompany us or perform as our guest artists.
