Entity Structure

Multiply owned Maori land classed under The Ture Whenua Maori act 1993 as Marae Reservation under Maori Land Court. The Marae reservation is administered by Responsible Trustees elected at an Annual General Meeting by Beneficial Owners and registered as responsible Trustees by Maori Land Court. General Marae meetings are held six monthly.
