Entity Structure

Incorporate Society Objective: To attract funding from Central Government, Government Agencies, Local Government, Charitable Trusts and any other sources thought appropriate to enable the committee to help meet the needs of the Ohai/Nightcaps and surrounding districts community, To utilize such funds in a manner which the committee thinks best meets the needs of this community. Committee is made up of 8 volunteer members. Committee has one paid part time community worker.
