To establish an Iwi Social and Welfare Service in the Ngati Awa rohe, to promote and enhance whakawhanaungatanga, to alleviate poverty, abuse and alienation of families by providing referral and counseling services. To develop Iwi Social and Welfare Service programmes for the betterment of the community.
