Charitable Purpose

Provide and operate an entertainment venue for Golden bay residents and visitors, to be able to attend and enjoy films and live shows, functions, meetings and other activities of an educational and entertainment nature. To provide and manage a venue for youth and assist in local social youth issues. Enrich the cultural and social fabric of life in Golden Bay
