Charitable Purpose

Inclusive NZ’s mission is to support our members as we work together to create an inclusive Aotearoa. We do this by: • working as a federation of organisations and individuals that provide employment, training and/or support services for disabled people. • working collaboratively with disabled people and their families to foster a strong, vibrant and inclusive sector and society. • supporting our Members to have the capacity and skills they need to succeed and grow, and to ensure that disabled people have access to a range of quality services.

Entity Structure

Inclusive NZ is governed by a Board that is elected from and by our members on an annual basis. Under the terms of our Constitution the Board will consist of 8 members, with the Officers being the President and Vice-President. The work of the organisation is carried out by a team of 3 staff members (1.95 FTE), led by our Chief Executive Officer.
