The Trust is committed, in attaining its purposes, to supporting individuals, families, whanau and organisations in making positive decisions about health and disability services based on the best available information.

Entity Structure

The Trust is governed by a Board of Trustees. The Board is elected at our AGM, with each Trustee taking the position for a period of 2 years before a requirement to stand down. However, they can immediately stand for re-election. Nominations for Trustees are called for from the general public, especially those involved in the health and disability sector. The Board of Trustees contracts an Executive Officer who has the responsibility of day to day management of the operations of the Trust.
