Charitable Purpose
To provide the local community with quality childcare and education in an environment where children become confident, competent learners. Where relationships between staff, parents and whānau are valued and families' cultural and social beliefs are acknowledged and respected. The children will experience a sense of belonging in a warm and secure setting.

Poipoia- Our programme is responsive and inclusive of the bi-cultural curriculum of Aotearoa New Zealand. Our Fairleigh kindergarten values incorporate the idea that learning occurs through Whanaungatanga (Positive and Collaborative Relationships),
Manawaroa (Resilience, Independence, and Persistence), Manaakitanga (Respect, Empathy and Kindness), and Takohanga
(Responsibility for Self, Others, and the Environment). These are seeds we plant.
