Charitable Purpose

Jubilee Budget Advisory Service is a Southland-based organisation that provides free, confidential financial mentoring, education, and advocacy to individuals and whānau experiencing financial hardship. We support clients through one-on-one budget advice, crisis assistance, debt management, advocacy with creditors, and our specialised Total Money Management (TMM) service for those unable to manage their own finances. Our financial education includes MoneyMates peer learning groups and community workshops designed to build financial capability and long-term resilience. Jubilee works with people from all backgrounds—solo parents, elderly, unemployed, or those facing addiction or disability. Our experienced team walks alongside clients to reduce stress, create personalised financial plans, and restore hope. Active since 1998, we are committed to building a financially empowered and resilient Southland where no one faces money struggles alone.
