Purpose & Structure

Charitable Purpose

To serve as advocates for, to promote library services, to encourage donations and fundraise through book sales and functions, and to volunteer at the Marlborough District Libraries.

Entity Structure

There is an executive committee of 10 members, three of whom shall be officers - Chairperson, Secretary and Treasurer. The District Librarian shall be an ex officio member of the committee. Membership is open to those who apply in writing and pay a subscription or undertake voluntary work for the Association.
