Our purpose is to connect people with disabilities with their community, home, work, groups and peers. To facilitate supports which enable people to grow and develop, living their life their way.

Entity Structure

Charitable Trust run by a board of 8 Trustees, who employ a Chief Executive. the chief executive is responsible of the employment operational team which consist of a operations manager, service manager and quality practice leaders, Business support leader and Business administrators, communicator connector and community facilitators. The structure consist of six levels with external professional services being contracted as required.
