Entity Structure

The Trust has three trustees, all being members of the Kiwanis Club of Takapuna. They are elected by members of the Club and have a two year term on a rotation basis whereby two trustees are elected annually. The Trust works closely with the Kiwanis Club of Takapuna both in the raising and distribution of funds.
