Lung Health Auckland is a support agency committed to minimising the adverse effects of respiratory diseases including tuberculosis, by providing assistance to those with these conditions, and to professional organisations working on their behalf. 1. Lessening where possible the financial burden caused by chest disease 2. Supporting the broad welfare of chest clients and their families 3. Supporting the availability of facilities for respiratory care 4. Supporting the improvement of standards in respiratory care 5. Developing synergy with groups in allied areas of medicine who have similar intentions 6. Raising awareness about respiratory matters
