Te Kupenga Net Trust will cast its net to ensure that the potential of people is realised through committed advocacy, peer support and consumer leadership.

Entity Structure

Te Kupenga Net Trust is governed by a board of Trustees. The trustees are selected by Annual General Meeting and their term is for three years. Additionally there is a succesion plan built into the way the trustees vacate, always ensuring that new trustees are supported by continuing trustees. According to the trust deed, the board may consist of no more than 7 and no less than 4 trustees at any time.
