Entity Structure

A committee of elected or appointed people shall have the full responsibility of management and organisation of of all monies, meetings, events and programmes, information to members of the Blind Foundation, and any other business relevant to the operations of the charity. The committee shall be made up of a Chairperson, Deputy chairperson, Secretary, Treasurer and up to 10 elected members. the quorum shall be six members.
