Purpose & Structure

Charitable Purpose

To assist with aspects of the Kopurererua Valley Reserve Development which shall contribute to and enhance the enjoyment of the area by the community for recreational purposes; To enhance the physical environment in the Kopurererua Valley Reserve Development Area and to improve public access so as to encourage community pride in and utilisation of such area; Without restricting the scope of the foregoing to provide financial assistance, labour, and materials to undertake such development of the Kopurererua Valley Reserve Development Area; To undertake such other Charitable purposes as are considered by the Trustees to be ancilliary or complementary to the achievement of the purposes set out above; In attaining its purposes the Trust shall recognise the views and expectations of tangata whenua
