To support Changepoint's Vision leadership Team(VLT) in implementing its vision "To be a visible, loving expression of the Lord Jesus Christ to lost people who matter to God, helping them to become fully devoted followers of Christ in worshipful service, caring relationships and devoted mission to Tauranga, Bay of Plenty, New Zealand and the entire world."
