"Members of the Parish shall comprise: (a) Communicant Members being those members who are recognised as communicant members of any one or more of the Anglican, Methodist, and Presbyterian Churches' and who have been recorded as Communicant Members by the Combined Office-Bearers' Council. (b) Adherents being persons above sixteen years of age who participate in the worship services and the life and work of the Parish and who have been so received by the Combined Office-Bearers' Council
