The Otago University Rugby Club and Light Blues Association wish to establish a trust to establish and maintain a firm financial basis for the future development of the University Rugby Club

Entity Structure

The management of the affairs of the Trust are to be vested in four trustees, two appointed by the club, and two by the association, and the property of the trust shall be vested in the trustees who in matters relating to the disposition or dealing with the property of the trust are to act in accordance with the principles set out herein (the Trust Deed)
