Purpose & Structure

Charitable Purpose

We Govern the Kauri Coast Community Pools in Dargaville. We are funded by the Kaipara District Council. We seek funds to improve and upgrade the facility.

Entity Structure

We are a Trust of 4. We have a Lawyer, an Architectural Draughtsman, a primary school principal and a highly esteemed retired community member on the Trust. We contract a company CLM to manage the complex on our behalf.
