Charitable Purpose

(a) To promote the safe outdoor recreation by members of mountaineering, tramping and hunting clubs, youth and school groups and other persons involved in tramping, mountaineering, hunting or like pursuits, by encouraging the use of radio telephones. (b) To establish, control, administer and maintain a radio service for recreational use in the mountainous areas of New Zealand and elsewhere.
