Charitable Purpose

To distribute the net income raised by the Martinborough Fairs and Martinborough Charity Fun Ride, once all costs have been met and a sum retained to meet the initial costs of running the next year's events, to or for valid charitable purposes in New Zealand, in accordance with the Trust Deed.
