Aim It is the aim of the Network to provide Tai Tokerau with access to quality OSCAR consultation, information, resources, advocacy, training and field advice to help break down isolation and support the establishment and ongoing development of quality OSCAR programmes in their region. To promote Safety standards and practises for recreation and care programs run before or after school or in the school holidays. A Definition of OSCAR Out of School Care and Recreation (OSCAR) services are school aged childcare programmes held before school, after school and during school holidays.
