Purpose & Structure

Charitable Purpose

A) Provide administration,direction,support and resources which will enable Linwood Baptist Community Church to minister to its local community by seeking to meet the social,emotional,physical and educational needs of the people of its local community. B) To uphold, maintain and further the Christian faith within New Zealand.

Entity Structure

The Board of Trustees shall consist of not less than two(2) or more than eight(8) members. Financial activities have to be approved by the board, there are 2 signatures required on all bank transactions. At any meeting of the Board a majority of members shall form a quorum and no business shall be transacted unless a quorum is present. The administrator shall keep true and fair accounts of all money received and expended. He shall present regular financial reports to the other board members.
